Security for Paper ADL Documentation

The following are security permissions related to the Paper ADL Documentation module of the application. There are two Clinical Setup (system) roles available, Task Setup and Task User, or you can create a custom role with the following permissions.

Clinical tab

Access to the Clinical tabs of the resident chart.

Task Tab

Y - allows users to see the Tasks tab on resident chart views.

Documentation Reports

Access to Documentation Reports.

Intervention/Task Schedule

N - No access to this report.

R - View access to this report.

A - Access to add Tasks to this report.

E - Access to add/edit Tasks, Interventions and Groups to this report.

D - Access to remove Tasks, Interventions and Groups from this report.

Task List Report

Y - Access to this report.

Setup - General Clinical Configuration

N - No access to General Configuration section of Setup.

R - Access to view General Configuration section of Setup.

A - Same as above.

E - Access to Save General Configuration section of Setup.

D - Same as above.

This security could be required to see other sections of Setup.

Setup - Tasks

C - Read only access to Task Configuration, Task Library Setup (restricts access to Task Library Report), and Standard Documentation Frequencies

Y - Allows editing of Task Configuration, Task Library (allows access to generate Task Library Report in Task Library) and Standard Documentation Frequencies.

N - No access to Task Configuration, Task Library Setup and Standard Documentation Frequencies.

Task Library Report

Y - access to this Report.

Task Operations

Access to Task Operations.

Tasks

N - No access to create tasks.

R - Read only access to the tasks.

A - Access to create tasks.

E - Access to edit tasks.

D - Access to delete tasks.

Custom Tasks

N - No access to create custom tasks.

R - Read only access to the custom tasks.

A - Access to create custom tasks.

E - Access to edit custom tasks.

D - Access to delete custom tasks.

Historical Records

Access to the Historical Records in the resident chart.

View Tasks

Y - Access to view record.

Print Tasks

Y - Access to print record.
