Creating Accounts for a CRM Lead

In CRM lead details, you can associate Accounts to a lead. The account is selected from a current listing or created as new. When creating a lead, you can select an account(s) in the referred by field of lead information. Or, you can select from accounts after you save lead details or when you edit an existing lead. You can select 1 account as the primary referral account. The primary referral account populates to the Leads by Referral Account (system) dashboard when a lead is closed. 

Note

The account populates with the referred by detail when entered in lead information. When you create a new CRM account, it populates to the external facilities listing and vise versa.

    • Single facility: CRM > Leads > Select resident > Accounts.

    • Multi-facility: CRM > Leads > Select resident > Accounts. 

  1. Start typing to search. Do one of the following:

    • Select account name.

    • Click New to create an account. 

  • Secure email - used for Secure Conversations.

  • Object identifier - used for vendor integration for Continuity of Care Document (CCD).

  • NPI - entered when the account has an associated National Provider Identifier (NPI).
