PointClickCare includes a self service Help Center. The Help Center is organized by line of business and module. It provides help information for every module in PointClickCare. The search gives you results within your line of business.
The help center includes information about your tasks and other content to help you effectively use PointClickCare.
After you navigate to your facility type, you can use the Search field that appears in the upper right to find specific content. Use the Search to find specific content. For example, to find Quick Reference Guides, search for quick reference. The search results include about 100 of the first characters of each topic to help you decide which topic is right for you. If your search term occurs in those characters, it is also highlighted.

At this level of the help, in the list that appears on the left, you see Using PointClickCare: Videos. These videos are organized by modules in PointClickCare. Click the topic(s) you want to see a video for.

Browse the Contents on the left. Any topics with a video include a small video icon at the end of the name

You also see (Video) in the title of topics with videos when you search.
The best online help experience occurs in the current versions of all browsers. Older versions of browsers may not provide all features of the online help.
