Add New POC Tasks from Task Library

Typically, basic ADL tasks are auto-created (added) to the resident's Task tab upon admission. However, you may add additional tasks to the Task tab for documentation in POC from the Task Library.

Note

Before adding a new task, click View Triggered Items Now to review tasks that triggered for this resident from other areas of their chart. If there are no triggered tasks, you see No Triggered Items.

  1. In the Clinical tab, click the linked name of a resident to view the chart.

  2. In the resident chart, click the Tasks tab.

  3. In the Tasks tab, click New Tasks.

  4. In the pop-up that appears, select the Task Library from the Select Library list.

  5. In the New Task pop-up, select the Task(s) you want to add.

  6. If you want to change the date the task is initiated, change the date in the DateInitiated field either by typing the date in the text field or using the calendar icon

  7. Click Save. The Task is added to the Task tab and POC for documentation.
