R - Access to view Progress Notes section of Setup.

A - Access to add to Progress Notes section of Setup.

E - Access to edit Progress Notes section of Setup.

D - Access to delete/retire Progress Notes section of Setup.

Setup - General Clinical Configuration

N - No access to General Configuration section of Setup.

R - Access to view General Configuration section of Setup.

A -Same as above.

E - Access to Save General Configuration section of Setup.

D - Same as above.

This setup could be required to see other sections of Setup.

Clinical Tabs (parent)

Access to the Clinical tabs of resident chart.

Notes - Progress Notes

Determines user access to the Progress Notes (Prog Note) tab in the chart.

N - Tab does not appear and user does not see progress notes (pn, prog note) links in any screen. Can see progress notes attached to care plan H Links.

R - Can view notes from the tab and all screens and View All button appears on the tab.

A - New button appears and can add new notes through the tab, care plan and pn and prog notes links and follow-up button appears on view of any note.

E - Same as above plus on view, see the Strike-out button.

D - Same as above.

Draft Progress Notes

Y - User can save and see progress notes in draft format. Best practice: set to No (Yes allows the progress note to be saved as a draft, to be completed at a later time).

Clinical Dashboard (parent)

Access to the Clinical Dashboard.

High Risk Progress Notes

Y - Access to High Risk Progress Notes in last X days pane.

Shift Reports

Y - Access to Shift Reports in Clinical Dashboard.
