Navigating the Lead Listing

This screen contains items required to navigate the CRM Lead Listing.

CRM Leads is where you create a new lead, search for a lead, and view the lead listing. You can use display filters to change the lead listing or use export to view the lead listing in CSV or XLSX file formats. In addition to exporting, you can print the lead listing by selecting from specific columns.

The lead listing shows the leads assigned to you. If you want to refine the lead listing, use the display filters to select specific lead information. You can expand next to the lead ID for a quick view of lead information. Use the resident name and/or lead contact name to review and edit lead details. You can use any column headings to change the sort order of the listing. 

The export file includes all the closed and open leads with additional columns not seen on the lead listing. The export file adjusts to show the detail selected when using the display filters.
