Overview of Document Manager Packets

You can use Document Manager Packets to group your document manager templates. This allows you to organize documents into one packet to generate to the resident chart rather than generating documents individually. The packets can be generated on admission and generated when forms require updates. The templates can be placed in an order you want them to appear when you complete the packet. 

Good examples of this are:

  • For Admission at the facility level, you may want to group multiple admission documents into an admission package so all the documents in the package can be populated with resident-specific information and generated upon admission.

  • For Admission at a corporate level, you may need to manage admission packets (groups of admission documents) which are used for specific states, facilities, and lines of business.

  • This is also true for admission in and yearly form updates for Clinical form requirements such as Medication Self Administration Consent Form, Resident Medication List, and consent for vaccines.
