Enabling CRM Mandatory Activities

You can make activities mandatory when creating a new lead or when selecting a returning lead. One activity is required to save lead information when you enable mandatory activities. When you select an activity(ies) for a lead, they populate to the Activities section of lead details. 

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > CRM > Setup > CRM Configuration

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Setup > CRM Configuration

  2. Select Yes.

  • Enabling CRM mandatory activities for a multi-facility is only available at the management console.
