Security Reports 

These reports and dashboards are related to Security Users and Roles.

  • Inactive Users Report - Use to identify users not logged in or with security user ID disabled for a specified period of time and determine if user security access changes are required.

  • Inactive User Accounts Report - Use to identify inactive users and users with access temporarily disabled, and determine if changes to security access are required.

  • Login History Report - Use to review user login activity. Identify remote users' IP addresses to add the IP addresses to the IP Address Mask, allowing remote access.

  • Facility User Security Printable View - Use to ensure user accounts are complete.

  • User Listing - Use in multi-facilities to ensure user accounts are complete across your organization and see, at a glance, which users have remote access. You can export data to an Excel file.

  • Security Roles Printable View - Use to compare the access settings of system and custom roles across your organization.

  • User Access Report - Use in multi-facilities to monitor login activity across your organization and identify accounts not actively in use and login activity requiring investigation.

  • User Role Report - Use to ensure users are assigned appropriate system or custom roles for appropriate access level.
