Editing Accounts from CRM Contacts

In CRM Contacts, you can edit an account associated to the contact.

Do one of the following:
- Single facility: CRM > Contacts.
- Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Contacts.
Click Name or search Name.
Select Accounts.
Click Accounts Name.
Click Edit.
Complete the fields as required.
Click Save.

Multiple leads can appear for one contact.
Updating the account information from contacts updates the account information within accounts.
