Using the CRM Activities Calendar

Use the CRM Activities Calendar to view your activities assigned from the lead details or from accounts. The calendar shows you the activities by day, by week, or by month. This helps you to effectively manage your daily tasks.

In addition to viewing activities from the calendar, you can create a new activity, view an agenda, edit the activity detail, cancel a scheduled activity, and mark an activity as complete. You can export the activity calendar to a PDF to view on screen or to print. 

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > CRM > Activities > Calendar.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Activities > Calendar.

  2. Click New.

  3. Select Activity.

  4. Complete the fields as required.

  • Activities appear based on user preference time.

  • Hover over the activity to see start and end date, the lead and lead contact or regarding account, and activity status.

  • You can click and drag activities if the date changes.

  • You can click and drag or click and expand certain activities if the time changes.
