Managing Statement Configuration

This configuration is used with the Statements *New* report.

Statement Configuration provides more options to configure the information you want to appear in your statements. Selections made also appear in the Show configuration options in the Statements *New* report and can be changed based on security access.

Statement Configuration and Statements *New* report are in transition. You can still use Print Statements and Contact Statements, based on the configuration entered in A/R Configuration, during the transition period. It is recommended you use Statement Configuration and the Statements *New* report to become familiar with the options and how the selected information appears in your statements.

In multi-facility organizations statement configuration templates are created at the Management Console. When the template is assigned to a facility, the template is automatically available. You cannot make changes to the assigned template. If no statement configuration template is assigned, your facility is assigned the statement configuration template set as default at Management Console. You can select a template in the list or create a new template.

The assigned statement configuration is used to generate statements for the facility when the facility is in multiple billing offices. The assigned statement configuration is used to generate statements for the facility when the facility is in a campus and a billing office(s). Facilitystatement configuration works in the above scenarios for the facility.

The link for Trials and Unbill prints statements using the new statement template when you enable to use the new statements in statement configuration at the facility. If you have not transitioned to the new statements, the links print the old statements. To see the new statement configuration options, you must print using the Statements *New* Report at
