Reviewing Pick Lists

The Pick Lists section in Admin must be reviewed as part of Clinical General Configuration.

Confirm that MDS pick lists (Education, Languages, Marital Status) are untouched.

Review the Departments list and confirm that Allow to Care Plan is selected for the appropriate Clinical departments. This allows the department to be listed in a Care Plan focus.

Review the Staff Positions list and confirm that all Clinical positions are listed.

Review/amend other pick lists as needed, for example, Religions, Disposition.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facilityAdmin > Setup > Pick Lists.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > Standards > Financial Management > Pick Lists.

  2. Click on pick list name > review/amend items as required.
