Allergies Reports and Dashboards

These reports and dashboards are related to managing allergies.

  • Missing Entries Report - Use to view a list of residents who are missing allergies.

  • Allergy Report - Use to view specific allergy information for resident(s).

  • Allergy/Reaction Library Report - Use to view a list of all potential allergens and or reactions. Only allergens from substance, food, and environmental libraries are available.

  • Allergy Audit Report - Use to view the activity of the allergy documentation for a specific resident. This report is only available from the Allergy tab in the resident's chart.

  • Active Allergies Dashboard - Use to add a new allergy or view the Allergen(s), Category, and Reaction listed in the resident's chart.
