Printing Activity Notes for a CRM Lead

Activities are items you add to a lead. When you create a new lead or select an existing lead, you use activities to schedule specific actions you want to complete. You can print a list of completed or cancelled activities in chronological order by completion date.

    • Single facility: CRM > Leads > Lead Details > Activities. 

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Leads > Lead Details > Activities.
