Removing a Contact from CRM Accounts Listing

In CRM Accounts, you can remove a contact assigned to your account. A contact can be removed if no longer needed or added in error.

  1. Click the Account name.

  2. Select the Contacts.

  3. Click Actions.

  4. Click Remove.

  5. Click OK.

  • Your Accounts list populates from the External Facilities Listing and vice versa.
