Searching CRM Accounts using Display Filters

When you are in CRM Accounts list, a Display Filters expands and Collapse option appears. The filters help you limit your account list by searching for specific criteria.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facility: CRM > Accounts.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Accounts.

  2. Click Display Filters.

  3. Enter to select Display Filters

  4. Click Search.

  • You can use minimal information to maximize the search results.

  • You must enter information into at least one of the filters for the list to be filtered.

  • Your Account Listing is populated for the External Facilities Listing and vice versa.
