Option to include disabled users, disabled users information appears at the bottom of the report.

Option to show initial audit details, shows historical information on users initials along with the date the initial was first used in documentation.

Used to keep a master signature/initial list.

Best Practice - report to be run on an as needed basis or, if wet signatures are required, periodically when new staff are hired.

Use during implementation/setup to be sure all eMAR users have initials entered for access to eMAR.
