Run 24hr summary reports regularly to read about the current or past progress notes, and movement in your facility. The 24hr Summary Report is available from the Clinical Reports menu, as well as from the Clinical Dashboard > Reports menu and the Communications area of the PointClickCare application.
The 24hr Summary Report shows information that occurred in the last 24hrs, and includes information about Admissions, Discharges, Resident On/From Leave, Empty Beds, and clinically relevant information such as Progress Notes, Vitals, Immunizations, and completed Assessments/UDAs.

From the Clinical Reports menu, select the 24hr Summary Report.

Select the information on the Date Ending.

Select the Unit and Floor filters as needed.

Select the Ending Time/Summary Interval and the period of time which you want to view.

Select Include Draft Progress Notes on Report.

Select to Sort Residents By.

You can also view this report from the Clinical Dashboard > Reports for each of the 8 hours, 24 hours, or 72 hours summary.

This report can also be run from the Communications area for each of the 8 hours, 24 hours, or 72 hours summary.

The Shift Report cannot contain all of the following pieces of information depending on your configuration: Vitals, Immunizations, and Assessments completed.
