Allergy Audit Report

You can use the Allergy Audit report to see a printable report of any activity with regard to allergy documentation for that resident. The report indicates the initial date and time the allergy was added and the user name of the person who added it. Any updates such as resolved date, strike out, reaction notes added appear with the date, time and user name.

  1. From the Allergy tab of the resident's clinical chart, select Display Filters.

  2. Select or clear the allergy information.

  3. Select Refresh. The allergy listing shows according to selected filters. You can generate audit details for these allergies.

  4. Select Allergy Audit Report from the Reports list. 

  • This report is helpful to view the documentation history of allergy details. For example, to determine when a new reaction note was added and by whom.

  • The filter options specify the allergies that are included in the report.
