Overview of Document Manager Templates 

The Document Manager Templates area is where you create your Document Manager Templates and upload your Word documents and forms with the field tags. You can define if the template requires a signature, select the category (Admin, Clinical) the template is for, enter a Due Date for the form to be returned after it is generated, select the scope, and the facility activation. Templates can be added to packets so multiple forms can be generated and printed at one time for the Resident.

Some examples of this are:

  • For Admission you may want to create multiple document templates that can be populated with resident-specific information and generated upon move in.

  • For Admission at a corporate level, you may need to manage which documents are used in which states, which facilities and which lines of business. Some documents are universal across lines of business, states and facilities, but others are unique to those settings and environments. You may want to create a document one time and re-use it or modify it and use the modified version for other care settings and environments.

  • This can also be true for Admission and yearly form updates for Clinical form requirements such as Medication Self Administration Consent Forms, Resident Medication List, and Consent for Vaccines.
