Tax Letters - Microsoft Word Fields (XDocReport Tab)

The PointClickCare Word Macro helps create Word templates by making it easy to add merge fields into your Word file.

The Fields are organized by 6 categories:

  • Charge List

  • Contact

  • Facility

  • Letter Metadata

  • Resident

  • Tax Metadata

Charge List - This information pulls from the Resident's Transaction History of charges.

Contact - This information pulls from the Resident's responsible party primary contact information.

Facility - This information pulls from the Facility configuration information.

Letter Metadate - This information pulls to the Letter with either the letter date defined in the generate screen or today's date.

Tax metadata - This information pulls from the Resident's Transaction history amounts and the values that populate to the letter when calculated together depending on the Tax Letter template created.

  • When using rate change letters and tax letters, select the correct model to have the correct field tags for your type of letter being created.

  • Any field tags being used the category "Charge List" needs to be organized in a table with a heading column.
