Editing Lead Demographics from CRM Accounts Listing

When you are in Accounts and that account is associated to a lead, you can edit the lead demographic Information.

  1. Do one of the following:

    • Single facility: CRM > Accounts.

    • Multi-facility: Management Console > CRM > Accounts.

  2. Click Name or search.

  3. Click Leads.

  4. Click Name.

  5. Click Edit Demographics.

  • Associated Leads appears only if there are any associated to the Account.

  • Multiple Leads can be listed for one account.

  • Updating the lead information from accounts updates the lead information within leads.

  • Lead ID appears.
